It is a martial art with the discipline, technique and mental training to build a strong sense of justice, fortitude, humility and resolve. It is a way of thinking and a way of life, enabling the weak to possess a fine weapon to defend themselves. it is the martial training and the physical techniques of unarmed combat, for self-defence as well as health, involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks and dodges with bare hands and feet to the rapid destruction of the opponent or opponents."
