I Attended my first Tae Kwon Do  class in August 2004 and achieved my black belt in October of 2008.  I have worked teaching young people with Special Education Needs for eleven years and also classroom teaching in the post compulsory sector, and so am qualified and experienced to teach people of all ages and abilities. I formed Great Malvern School of Tae Kwon Do in September of 2013 and we now have and impressive list of qualified instructors and high achieving students. I achieved 4th Degree status in April of 2021.

Kate joined the club shortly after it opened in 2013. She achieved her first degree black belt in  2018 and her second degree in 2020.  Katie has become an oustanding member of our coaching team and grading panel.  We rely on her to ask challenging theory questions at gradings.

MAIUK Level 2 Instructor, First Aid Trained

Arthur was one of the very first students to train with the club.  Since then he has grown as a student and young person.  He achieved his first degree in 2018 and second in 2020.  He has developed into a fine coach playing an extensive part in teaching our Wolverines club and also assisting with the seniors.

One of the most recent additions to our coaching team.  James achieved his 1st Degree black belt and his MAIUK Level 3 instructors award on 3rd February 2022.  James has consistently achieved high grades in his colour belt gradings and thoroughly deserved his  promotion.

Harry has been a consistent attender over his seven years as a colour belt.  One of the first members of the club, Harry achived his black belt and MAIUK Level 3 instructors award on 3rd February 2022.  Harry has been vital cog in the wheel of the Wolverines instructor team  for some time.  His  promotion to black belt was thoroughly deserved.

Clearly a natural communicator and coach, Imogen has now achieved her Level 3 coaching award and is taking some responsibility for students up to 4th Kup blue belt.

Kiera is keen to pass on her  martial arts skills to our younger students and is looking forward to developing her coaching skills through the CMAA instructor program.

Matilda has become something of a kicking specialist with a wicked sidekick.  Now that she is a cadet leader she is looking forward to passing those skills on to our young students.
